Make an edge using a selection.

This is a follow up from a request for a Gimp plugin "A Stencil" that creates an 'edge' to constrain a paint tool.

Gimp does not have that tool and I think that using standard tools to create a selection is one way to go.

A short video demonstrating two possibilities,
1. Using a path to create a selection
2. Using the quickmask tool.

Excellent! especially about  the aspect ratio for brushes. Gimp just keeps on giving!
