A remake of Ofnuts plugin for Gimp 3.  Looks very familiar.

I wouldn't call it a remake, it's a direct conversion to GIMP 3 API. That's a useful plugin, and it's good to have it again. That's the joy of open source. ;-)

It's useful to note that the author did the conversion for his one time use, and will not maintain it in the future.
