i am currently - going ahead and try to work with a map that rick 2005 has mentinoed.

i have choosen a european map - and tried to follow all the steps you mentined in the video-clip

note: the challenge is - to find dotted pattern - i guess that i do not have such...

well i guess that such patterns are not in the gimp-library. they have to be created first ....
