		I can use Canva. But if there is a plugin that does the same in GIMP, it would have been great. I was hoping there is one. The wrap tool is the closest thing to it so far. 
I do not know what Adobe Animate offers. I could not find any free tool that can do text animations. Maybe I didn't look properly.
