Could you create this youtube tutorial in Gimp 2.10?

Obviously I know you can but my worry is the snap feature and the automatic crop and save to the guides? How would I save a single image into ten different images?
Do I have to individually crop and save every picture?

I guess my big question is:

How would I be able to recreate this in Gimp?

Nothing special in the video, just standard image editing.

In Gimp:

Set up a canvas to the required size (can be adjusted later if required)

Image > Guides to set up guides

View > Snap to Guides to set the snapping

Import each image into its own layer. This way each individual image can be scaled, cropped, and moved into the required position.

Well that video is a triumph of ego over content. How I hate social anything Wink

Without installing any extra scripts & plugins, it is tedious but straight forward.

A long video for me, 7 minutes. https://youtu.be/i2p3U_k91mE

Not a tutorial, just a demo of one way to get a result.

and I did find a bit about the subject here: https://www.brandwatch.com/blog/react-po...instagram/
