Transparent background
#1
Video
I have a gif which supposedly has an alpha channel. When I try loading it onto a site, it always shows an opaque black background. I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.https://www.dropbox.com/s/wygkz0iqmqh0e2...2.gif?dl=0

The GIF is fine... The problem must be elsewhere.

Thanks for your replies. I'll ask on the site I'm uploading to.

A question is why you use GIF for this. The typical format for this kind of image is PNG these days. GIF entails that you cannot have smooth edges.
