Seems to work OK for me (I don't see all the rubbish that you get) but I have G'MIC QT V3.6.3 - your picture shows 3.6.1 (GIMP 3.0.6 Flatpak on Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon)

programmer_ceds, thanks for the reply. I installed the latest version of G'Mic Qt and the filter now works as it should.
