Gimp 3.0.6 Appimage
#1
.....for ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 Mint 21 / 22 and users who want to keep their Gimp 2.10

On my cloud storage, about 93 MB
https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=...dPOpd9hvz7

Comes with resynthesizer heal selection / heal transparency and gimp_gmic_qt  version 3.6.2 installed.  Remember for gmic QT5 is required.

The usual guarantee, there is none, I have tried out on the above (k)ubuntu / Mint versions and it works. Python is a bit old.  If you find it does not work, easy,  delete and use the gimp.org appimage (but no resynth / gmic for that at the moment.)

What of the future ?  I think the next release might be Gimp 3.2 and users should try a permanent installation if available from say, a PPA.  Then find a Gimp 2.10 appimage for those old but useful plugins. That is what I am planning.  Future releases of ubuntu / Mint are going to be Gimp 3 anyway.

As always, Rich, your offerings are appreciated and work flawlessly for me using Mint 22.2.

Thanks.
