Still broken in 3.0.4 and 3.0.8 as of February 2026.
My check: set size to 5x7 in Page Setup.
Immediately save the *.xcf file to see if this helps.
Reload the *.xcf and it's back to 8.5 x 11".
Set it again in Page Setup
Go to Print and then Preferences.
It is 8.5x11 here, so change it to 5x7.
Set it here, check paper parameters, click OK.
Apply and Print.
Epson printer touchscreen complains that it has 5x7 paper but 8.5x11" is requested.
This is confirmed by their desktop app, which concludes with "To print with the settings selected when loading paper, cancel printing, then change the computer's settings and print."
Of course I just did that about 10 times. It's amazing that this doesn't have priority to be fixed when so many obscure features are constantly being added which must serve many fewer people.
