How do I make a table grid?

How can I make a table grid, like one you might put in Microsoft Word. And is there a setting to make the corners of the table rounded?

Not too sure what you mean by that.
There is Filters > Render > Pattern > Grid. Does that do what you want?

Yes, this will work! I'll just make a rounded rectangle, have it selected and then do that. Thank you
