Indicator

Hello, I just wanted to know if this is what the indicator of the brush airbrush, smudge, and some more tools supposed to look like this. 



Also, I can't move the brush tool and some other tools indicator. If anyone know the solutions for this, please inform me. Thank you.

You have a dynamics brush option in force, means the brush size / opacity /  can vary. Change it to Dynamics Off.
