"LIGHTEN / DARKEN "Painting Tool
#1
I would like to get the area of a photo "LIGHTER".
So I use "TOOLS", then "PAINTING TOOLS" and then "LIGHTEN/ DARKEN".

Since I have to zoom-in the photo to correctly "LIGHTEN" more precisely the given area ,
I have noticed that the circular "BRUSH TOOL" stays the same size.
Does anybody know how I can "REDUCE" this "BRUSH TOOL" size ?
And if there is another tool to LIGHTEN an image?

Thank you in advance.

This is the Dodge / Burn Tool ?

In the tool options enable "Lock Brush to View"

Not another tool but copies of the image.
Copies with layer masks (black) and in Burn and Screen modes Screen to lighten
Paint in white (or grey) adjust opacity to suit.
