In need of tips or help

Hi I'm having trouble with a image, wondering if anyone can help out. Basically my wife did one of those Simpson Pics, and rather then repaying 80$ im trying to get a suit onto my character. anyone have any tips?

I would use free select tool to cut-out a suit from an online catalogue then copy-n-paste it over your character. Use the scale and perspective tools to align it. When happy lower it or merge it down.
