Merging, blending layers
#1
Hi!

My question is, what are some ways to merge layers similar to Photoshop's blend mode (Darken, Multiply etc.)?

Also, I click with fuzzy selection and the selection outline does not show even though in the selection Historique d'annulacion there it shows multiple selections that were made.

Many thanks

Salut !

I believe it is a bug related to the Mac system - https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-Outlin...hlight=mac

You can find the layer blending modes in windows - dockable dialogs - Layers check the ones in Mode on the Layers tab

1. See the big selector at the top of the Layers list (reads Normal by default).  See https://docs.gimp.org/en/gimp-concepts-layer-modes.html

2. View>Show selection (or hit Ctrl-T)

Thank you very much, found the Modes and the bug, couldn't find a solution though, but I will be content with the modes! Have a nice day
