It does say there: 3.0.2 User Manual Source (Release Date: 2026-01-24)
Not up-to-date yet, It is maintained by volunteers, so be patient.
My opinion, it will have most of the topics you want, there will be a few like linked layers that are not covered. I am a great believer in the "dive in and experiment" principal.
