Ich möchte ein bestehendes PDF beschreibbar machen. Zum Beispiel eine Tabelle ausfüllbar. Wer kann mir bitte helfen?

Gimp is not the correct tool for this. Gimp will import a PDF but changes the format to a bitmap image. You can add text to this and export as a PDF but it is now just a graphic image in a PDF wrapper.

A better alternative is LibreOffice which can edit PDF text.
If the original is a PDF form and you are using Windows then something like Foxit PDF might work

Any image including PDF's - Always back up the original before editing and export using a new name.
