AI plugin GIMP-ML install with GIMP portable[Win7,8,10)

Hello there.
I recently found this plugin:

But I'm not sure how to install it.

I'm using GIMP 2.10 portableapps version, which I copy sometimes to different PCs (home, work, friends, family etc.)
And I'd like this plugin to also be portable.
Also I run my GIMP portable install on different systems (WIn7, Win8, Win10).

I found also different version, that has more detailed instruction for Windows:

But it's also not I want. Because it require using powershell and installng something called Miniconda (admin rights?)
I'd like fully portable install on USB stick that uses only relative paths (ability to copy to C:\GIMP which is SSD for faster work or D:\Programs\GIMP or something)

I installed on my old linux desktop back in November 2020. For linux there is a lot of python stuff to install and probably even more when it comes to Windows. That is where the (mini)Anaconda comes in, needed to set up python. That will be in your Windows folder so I do not think you will get a portable installation.

The plugins and files can be on a separate partition / drive but it is a monster, running to 2.2 GB of files.

...and for something that size, a bit on the disapointing side. I can do most - image enhancement - foreground extraction - recolouring using regular Gimp tools or a plugin such as gimp_gmic_qt.

If you want to try it in Windows, you are going to have to use the procedure in the README.md file miniconda/powershell. Best of luck

Ok. I not care much about disc space (I have 128 GB USB 3.0 pendrive) but I will probably stay with standard GIMP tools. 
This inventions based on AI for non-programmers are probably waste of time :-)

I have Gmic plugins, but what are most other useful plugins I should put on my pendrive?
I also have this plugin:
http://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18594  (Small Tiles), becouse it is what miss from GIMP 2.8.

And now I discovered that foreground extraction tool (never used this before) is amazing tool. :-) I think it's also kind of AI.

It just bugs me that the plug-in (or set of plug-ins) is twice the size of the Gimp installation

It all depends on your interests. Tell us what your main interest is and someone will come up with suggestions.
Also, go to https://www.gimpscripts.net/ and just have a browse through.

Just for info: That 2.8 plugin is still in Gimp 2.10, it is disabled from registering in the menus. You can get it using the search tool - the / ? key and type in small as a search term.
