The tools slip up
#1
The tools in Gimp have disappeared up. Even if I change the visible tools in Settings, I get the same size of the toolfield.
I use Gimp  2.10.18
in Lubuntu

This is due to the new Tool Groups setting:

I do not know how it activates this "Core Pointer" window, it suddenly appears and not much help on Internet.
I found that in the PREFERENCES, go to WINDOWS MANAGEMENT, in the new window that appears and above the RESET/OK/CANCEL buttons there is a long button that says "Reset Saved Window Positions to Default Values". Hit that button, then click on the Reset button and click the OK button. You must close and reopen GIMP.
Gimp is back to normal.

The dialog with Core pointer is Windows > Dockable Dialogs > Device status.

The image I believe is part of the Sugar Loaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar), located in Guanabara Bay - RJ - Brazil.
