Hi,

I'm developing an app for Android and I need a single red blood drop for splash screen (SVG) as well as for icon of the app (PNG), any ideas on a tutorial for how to create such a red blood drop in GIMP?

If you want it as SVG, better ask in a forum for InkScape. And once you have the SVG, rendering it as a PNG is a snap.
