Welcome to gimp-forum.net

Sorry, but that picture is not explaining much to me.

Is it about moving the selection and copy - paste several times?

or do you want to save the selection for use again at a later date?

or something else....

You can create a selection and then use the Move tool to move it. In the tool options for the move tool make sure you have set Selection for the move.

You can also save a selection for future use.
Use (Select > Save to Channel) to save the selection.

To retrieve the selection, go to the Channels tab
Select the relevant channel
and convert it into a selection
