No single place that I know of. I google for what I need. For example, I might look for Light Beam Brush. If it is copyright or requires attribution just keep looking. There are plenty out there. Very often they are .abr brushes.

i tried this but always lead you to popular site like brusheezy or blog uploaded it from another popular site .. may be the only way is to get to the owner page or the designer" to collect manually what you need ,but may be there is a site we just do not know ! so hope we find it ..!

Brush is a very broad term in the context of the question.

What brushes are we talking about ?
Art brushes for painting or brushes that are more like stamps ?

I rarely find brushes that require attribution (except for deviantart perhaps).

And you can always make your own brushes from images or opensource vectors.

Have you checked texturemate ?

I have very little use for brushes. Either im making them myself in Inkscape or Gimp, or use images because they scale better.
They only thing i use on a regular basis are grunge brushes for distress effects, mostly on a layermask.

Have to confess, I use mainly two brushes, as brushes. A small-round-vbr and a fuzzier-than-standard vbr. I keep some 'stamp' type brushes, arrows, bubbles.. almost never used, Need an arrow, I draw it in with small-round-vbr.

but..

People do like to acquire large collections of resources. Finding: "Where can I find brushes without attribution" and one question will be why not give attribution to others work where it is due.

However, apart from earlier references, trawl through https://www.deviantart.com/resources/app...impbrushes and look for those with no restrictions.

Nothing to stop you gaining ideas from any source and making your own version.
