cannot save a picture after changing
#1
Hello.
i have a 2.10.30 ver. on windows 11.

i opened a tif file photo for set it up.
after i made the changes i wanted to save it in the original file type (as a tif file)
i choosed the "Export As".. and replace the original photo.
after made this action i saw that the photo didn't changed as i made.
can someone explaine how to save it for change in correct process?

Thanks in advance.

Should have worked. Any error message in the Gimp error console?

Had the same issue. I resolved it simply by renaming the adjusted tif, so e.g. I modify 'Image001.tiff' and then export as 'Image001A.tiff', hope that helps.
