no working Mono Mixer

I just have no working 'Mono Mixer' (Colours / Desaturate / Mono Mixer) on my PC with windows 10 / gimp 2.10.14. / picture RGB. A few minutes ago it was working. I restarted Gimp, no working Mono Mixer. I restarted the computer, no working mono mixer.

Any suggestions ?  Thanks in advance.

I've used CCleaner to clean the windows 10 register and the disk cleaner, restarted the computer and the 'Mono Mixer' is working again. Solved.

Did your PC upgrade to Gimp 2.10.16?

I'm using Gimp 2.10.14 on a all in PC with os windows 10. The Mono Mixer is working now without a problem (test it out a 20 times). 
Is Gimp 2.10.16 available. I just can't find it on the official gimp website.

Don't jump on it, 2.10.16 has a bug that corrupts XCF files, 2.10.18 is coming out soon it seems.
