i used to use in photoshop a tool which was able to transform a polygon with 4 sides to a rectangle. on ordre toi make perspective disappear. you juste select the 4 points if the polygon and then activate the function and you obtain a rectangle.
i no longer have photoshop and need this fonction.

There is a plugin from Ottia Touta for that purpose. Just draw a U formed path on the four points of the drawing. Make another U formed rectangle path using guides. Then use the plugin 'Filters / Distorts / Perspective Transform / Perpective Transform :4 points to 4 points'

.zip   perspective_transform07.zip (Size: 16.37 KB / Downloads: 40)

Picture to transform with the 2 paths :

If it is a photograph, then the Gimp perspective tool in backward mode is just as convenient. Set a grid of lines, adjust the grid to match the out-of-perspective and apply.

This a 40 second demo https://i.imgur.com/jJQqw0Z.mp4 If you search, any number of over-long videos.

The plugin is included in my first post: perspective_transform07.zip. You have to copy the file to a folder in your computer and unzip the file with the '7zip' (free software). If you have a windows operating software, you must copy the plugin to the following folder :  C:\Users\your name\Appdata\Roaming\GIMP\plug-ins. Start GIMP and you wil find the plugin here : 'Filters / Distorts / Perspective Transform / Perpective Transform :4 points to 4 points'
