roundness jitter

Simple question, is there a way to make is to the angle and roundness of a brush in gimp can change at random like you can do with it's location?

(Also, quickly, where the heck did all the brush types go? Apparently there are supposed to be hundreds built in but I see like- 20.)

You can associate the Angle with "Random" in some Brush Dynamics. What do you call the "roundness" of a brush?

Brushes have been reorganized in categories, there is a filter at the top of the brushes list.
