Finally I was able to install gimp 2.10.38 with all the plugins and scripts that I had on my old computer (which is currently less used...) on my Windows 11 computer. The portable gimp 2.10.38 was not pleasant to work with, so I tried installing gimp 2.10.38 a few times more and had success. Happy days
