Is it possible to take an image from a video - like this shot - and enlarge to 1400x1400 for a website while maintaining the detail?  Obviously would need some cropping but really hoping to keep some detail.

I just created the shortcut to this forum.
Now it would be nice if there was also a Gimp icon.
So not the icons in the program itself, but an icon for the worksheet.
so the question is, where can i find the gimp icon.

Hi,
   I've been using Gimp 2.10.4 's transformation cage; but don't seem to be able to export transformed
image to a jpg. When I open the 'transformed' file it shows the same image as the one I was trying to transform, with the name changed I applied to it.
Any help is appreciated .

Just curious.  I installed the latest available version of Gimp today - 2.10.34.  Using the latest update of Windows.  Have an image, a jpg, and am pasting another small jpg image onto a separate layer. Gimp will now not allow me to adjust Any of the color functions after pasting another item into the image?  Tried selecting it among other things - many times - did nothing.  The strange thing - if I attempt to adjust the colors separately - i.e. - without pasting one image into another image on separate layers - the color adjustments work properly.  This is the point - I need to adjust the colors, with the pasted item in place, so I can match the colors and brightness with the other layers.  Never had this problem happen when I used to use Photoshop.  For your consideration - I thank you.

I need to script Filters -> Map -> Panorama Projection, but can't find it in the Procedure Browser.
Did I miss something, or is it just not available?

(GIMP 2.10 on Ubuntu 24.04)
