		This is not working for me.
It creates a selection with sharp corners instead.

		Best guess:
You make rectangular selection. You then apply rounded corners. You then apply (hit enter..) selection.

		Fiddle around with Tool Options. I see lots of settings there. I'm still learning the fine points of GIMP, so don't understand them all, but at least that does not slow me down with baggage from the way things were done in earlier versions.
