Well....I do not do any social media so I am unable to view your link...but... as a guess Wink

Gimp has a grid tool n-point-deformation since about Gimp 2.10.8 and it has not worked since about Gimp 2.10.14

The Gimp devs have looked at it recently and still not quite working  (1) It crashes and freezes Gimp 3 Hopefully one day it will work.

What is available is the gimp_gmic_qt plugin http://www.gmic.eu and one of the filters is Warp (Interactive) (2) where you pull a grid of "nodes" around.

Only thing I can see in gimp is the 'Map Object' under 'Filters - map' You can show a wireframe in there.

By the way your picture doesn't show for me either and I have facebook.
