Not all FX are exactly the same, but I'm able to get close enough. However, whenever I try to run the "lighting" effect...with the "channel" being used as the bumpmap...the plugin crashes.
Anyone have an idea why this might be? This parchment looks really good, so I'd really like to try this method.

It was just impossible to select the saved channel and use it as a Bump-Map in the Lighting Effects Filter and make it work.
But I can suggest other options for the parchments and parchment scrolls tutorials:
