Performed following steps;

OS - Ubuntu 22.04 desktop Linux

$ cp gmic_gimp_qt/gmic_gimp_qt /home/satimis/.config/GIMP/2.10/scripts/
$ ls -al /home/satimis/.config/GIMP/2.10/scripts/
