I am not doing anything fancy, just bringing down the smile in a photo which needs to be serious. I remember from another famous editing software that my circle was large enough to include a large area aroud the mouth corner. Here my size is 104 and all I get is a 2 cm circle and a slight "indent" at the mouth corner whereas the video tutorials show larger circle impacting the whole mouth.
All of my brushes react properly when sized increased. Thanks a lot
Hmm.. The warp tool does not use brush, it has its own size slider. A 5000 x 3000 -ish pixel size (your screenshot is a bit blurred)
The warp tool options size slider will go beyond the slider dock, if you click and drag.
2 cm ? Remember Gimp works in pixels.
Maybe a problem with click-n-drag in size slider as your tool options dock is on the right side - just a thought.
This my linux Gimp 2.10.38 and a similar size image. A quick animation https://i.imgur.com/Zqjn33y.mp4
Thank you, I called it the "brush" I see now it goes by pixels. I am now dragging the size slider instead of moving the arrows and I cover a huge area!
Your video saved me! The only thing I don't have the nice slider on the dock; i suppose my Monterey is too old. Thank you again
