They still doesn't appear in the plugin browser, but they are in the menus...

What OS are you using ? If Linux, are you using the Flatpak install or the Appimage (or directly compiled ?)

[Edit] : oh sorry, I saw the listing under your name only after I posted my answer... So Gimp 3.0 under Windows 10, gotcha.
Yes, I'm on Windows 10.  Windows version of GIMP 3.02 had similar issue with Python plugins not showing up.  There is a new revision (rev. 1) of the 3.0.2 installer available now called "gimp-3.0.2-setup-1.exe" that fixed it. Hopefully this issue is now fixed for good.

It's not fixed for me, I downloaded revision 1 of 3.02 yesterday and Gmac shows up up but Bimp is gone. Very frustrating, people have already quite making plugins because gimp breaks them near every release.
