GIMP 3.0.4 problem

vulpus: Hi! For now, before you save the PNG, anchor the floating selection that the rotate tool creates (if you look at the layer tab on the right hand side, there should be an "anchor" icon you can click). That should fix the problem. I'll look the code and try to fix the larger issues for the next release.
