Thanks, I did try direct unicode input using ALT+x but failed. My solution was to do a comma then change it's heightÂ

Hello, but that solution works, thanks:
1. Go into Word/etc and type your character/word then copy to clipboard
2. Go into Gimp text mode, press WINDOWS + .
3. Select clipboard
Note, the 'keyboard map' seems to have disappeared from Win 11, well I couldn't find it.
