Dude, there's a checkbox litterally saying "Keep the path". I don't think I can write it more clearly.  Rolleyes

I tested the plugin quickly, not always well. Blush About the plugin: Well done. For Gimp 3 I expect many path plugins (as available for Gimp 2.10). Especially the gimp 2.10 path plugins like those of Ottia Tuota and Ofnuts are indispensable.
