Can not save or export pictures, button is off the bottom of page

Here is a video showing the problem. This was before I found out that the button was off the bottom of the page.

But even now, there is still no way of getting to the button.

If you know a way of accessing the Button, please let me know.

AFAIK this dialog can be resized/moved. You can right click the system icon (top left)(*) and to several things:

• Maximize the window (which makes it fit the screen (this will shorten it here))
  
• Size the window (you get handles for this, and you can use your cursors keys
  
• Move the window (you then drag it down so set the whole top border, then drag the top border and resize, then drag the tittlebar up to make the buttons appear.
  

With some luck Gimp remembers the size/position of the dialog for the next use.

(*) In the bad cases the system icon isn't even withing reach, but you can also use PF keys to access the Move/Size functions. To find which one, click the system icon of any other window, the PF shortcuts will be shown in the menus...
