Gimp 3.x scanner xsane plugin is now available!

It works in Wayland as well as X.

I ran the software update on my Linux Mint 22 system yesterday and it replaced my GIMP 2.10 installation with GIMP 3.0.4.  With high hopes, I downloaded and installed the gimp-xsanecli Python plug-in.  It shows up as an entry in the File/Create menu, but when I click it, nothing happens; the XSANE window never appears.
