Linux command that does excact same as Gmic Fourier Transform

When I look at the G'MIC downloads page I see it favors Debian/Ubuntu.
This could be why you are out of luck on Fedora.

I use Debian and I download the 'G'MIC for Ubuntu - All interfaces (.deb packages)'. This gives me a stand alone G'MIC. If I open a terminal and type 'gmic' I get a full GUI that is updatable. Many people think G'MIC is a Gimp plug-in but it's not.

It you could find a recent G'MIC that has been packed as an RPM then use that. You could then 'apply' any G'MIC filter to the current image or to many images.
