The problem is that any shadows from a side light will be in the wrong direction. Otherwise, if the light is about from behind the camera, you will probably have to use the Unified Transform tool to do the necessary tilt and perspective adjustments. But keep in mind that we are very sensitive to facial expressions a couple of pixels in the wrong direction and this can totally change the picture.
