Hi all,
unfortunately, this issue is still open for me. As nobody else complains about this, it may be by design and may require different usage but I am completely lost. Working with filters before resizing still forces me to export to a bitmap format, then reload that (losing all the separate layers and undo buffers) and continue from there. VERY annoying.
If anybody knows what can be done about this - in the best case, restore Gimp 2.8 behavior, I would be more than grateful.
