I remember to see something like that with Gimp brushes.
Any tip?

I do not think anything using the clone tool (although that would be nice)

..Something about Gimp brushes ?  Perhaps a Gimp Image Hose (.gih) animated brush.

https://docs.gimp.org/3.0/en/gimp-using-...ushes.html

At its simplest,

Painting in,
Top is without brush dynamics, just used the brush tool options (for brush size)
Bottom is with a dynamics setting.

Thanks! Is a good option.

The trick is to use Paint Dynamics.
1) Copy your "apple" object (Ctrl+C). It becomes the Clipboard Brush.
2) Open the Paint Dynamics dockable dialog.
3) Create a new dynamic and set the Mapping for Size and Angle (and maybe Jitter) to Random.
Now, when you use the brush, every stamp will have a slightly different size and rotation, which should look much more natural!

Thanks! This is an easy to setup option, good results! Are the random size and rotation values able to put between boundaries values?
