Just a note:
I don’t know if this is a regression or not.
But gimp 3.0.6 has a script folder in the same directory as the plugin folder
And it will only look for scripts ( whether scm or not ) there .
The .exe still belongs in the plugin folder,
It’s only the scripts that have changed.
