You do not need to install Python, Windows Gimp 2.10 comes with its own version, only sometimes missing from linux.

I can not see anything wrong from the screenshots. It might be a non-existent / non-writable folder.

This is the type of workflow I would use: 4 and a half minute video (on my cloud storage)
