That is interesting. A pity the linux version is a flatpak (which I could use but choose to avoid) I might have a try compiling it 
In the meantime, the old DOSBox, and Scrabble. Gets used every day. I do, very rarely manage to get GIMP in and always forget to take a screenshot.
