After downloading and installing a Color Theme, Hypergraphite, which works OK. I found it does not display in the Opening Screen in Personalize.
It does appear in Edit> Preferences> Theme along with Default and System, and they all work OK.
Does anybody know if this is a bug or perhaps it has not been coded in, to update in the Welcome opening.
