I have never used linux-tiny-core but their list of packages does show Gimp http://www.tinycorelinux.net/5.x/x86/tcz/

LTC; there forum is rank? but i do not see any downloads from the link you provided only codes. Do you have a direct link for it please? or am i supposed to pick one of them and input it into the terminal?

So if no DOS, then how early windows OS do you think GIMP will run on (or GIMP 0.99 presuming that one is the oldest)
