Much as I like Tin's plugins, some great ones for Gimp 2.10 this one fails in my linux Gimp 3.2 - not enough parameters error.
For Gimp 3 batch editing try the Batcher plugin https://kamilburda.github.io/batcher/ Looks like this:
(1) Add the inputs and outputs. Select the Watermark function from Add Action.
(2) That gives options for the watermark. Most things there except scaling
You can save your setup for future use.
