Working here in a Win10 gimp 2.10.4 (release 2) VM
There is a syntax change from ADD-WHITE-MASK to ADD-MASK-WHITE (line 108) but with Gimp 2.10 in compatibility mode should work anyway.
However, changed and attached (see later post), might work. unzip, pop in your Gimp profile scripts folder.
