Downloaded the Onkel Hatti pack for Win64bit.
Put the files in the 2.10 plug-in folder, plus the extra plug_in_lqr_iter.exe intl.dll from the rich2005 pack in the first post.
Added an entry for the folder in Preferences.
Then it turned up, complete with all the icons.
